My guess would also be damage from stainless steel pins, you don’t want to tumble anything aluminum in stainless steel.
However, it is odd that it is only appearing on certain baffles. Are you having to drive the baffles out of the silencer? I once saw a .22 silencer with kinda/sorta similar damage caused from pushing the baffles out of the can. Some carbon buildup damaged the baffles as they scraped together.
I wouldn’t worry about it, keep shooting and be a little more careful when cleaning.
My guess is the steel pins are wearing the aluminum baffles during the cleaning process. I use Hoppe's 9 and some elbow grease to clean mine.
