Is this legal?

is this legal i sold the stock i had on this 10/22, and put the stock from a charger model onit i bought from a yard sell, but only reason i stuck it in this stock to keep from loosing any parts/pins etc, or should i just remove it and place the parts in a ziploc bag, untill my new stock gets here. overall lenth of it is 29 inches.

Sure, perfectly legal to have a rifle with no stock as long as the barrel is over 16".

awesome it is 20 in barrel, i thought it was legal because i have i have a mossburg 500 with pistol grip, and a 18 in barrel
i just wanted to bee 100 percent postive on it, but i do know it is fun to shoot like this lol

awesome it is 28 3/4 long pushing 29 total considering keeping in this stock since it is a blast to shoot like this, it;s not quite to late to cancel order on amazon
