WRONG!
Well hold on now. My other 10.5" retroish build wound up as a 16" pin and weld transition to a carbine. I dig it a lot too. So I ordered a traditional U.S. milsurp style sling last week. It looks right but I still dig the AK sling better.

I have a $2500.00 Daniel Defence DD5 AR10 with a &2000.00 NightForce optic and you fellers would laugh me off of the ODT, if you saw the sling I have on it.

Yeah I just prefer a good old 2 point sling. I got 2 more Chinese SKS slings in my parts drawer. But the leather sling tabs dry rotted and had to be thrown out. Well...just a few minutes ago I found and ordered those leather sling tabs from Numrich. I hope they aint dry rotted too.
Anyway, I like to put these Commie slings on everything. I have a Hi Point 4095 carbine waiting on one now. And I might put one on a real ugly Maverick 88 pump.
