Last time I got legit glasses the eye doctor asked about getting bifocals and I told him " I hear those give you the sore neck." Short answer is I these damn bifocals and everything is blurry then clear then blurry then clear again.

Alternatively, you could explore red dot or holographic sights that don't require focusing on front and rear sights. Just find what works best for you and your shooting style
