It sounds like you want a North American Arms mini revolver.
Those are all single action, 22 rimfire, and they're the size of derringers.
But as far as I know they only hold five rounds.

Did you have a conventional double action/single action revolver in mind with a swing out cylinder --something like a Smith & Wesson model 34 Kit Gun, or model 317 Air Lite? Those would all be bigger than a Derringer.
