Item is for: Sale Only
Sale Price: 1,500 (OBRO)
Caliber: 45
Willing to Ship: No
Bill of Sale Required?: No
Item Description: Up for your consideration is my absolutely gorgeous nickel plated Colt 1911. This gun was made in 1978 and just has to be a birth year gun for one of you out there.
It comes with one nickel plated magazine, and the Crown Royal bag it has been stored in since I traded for it. I have owned this gun for the better part of 10 years, if not longer. I have never shot it. That's not to say it is unfired. I believe it has been in the past, just not by me.
Photos below tell of it's condition better than words can. I struggled with how to price this one and it was suggested by another esteemed member noted for his 1911 prowess that it should be worth $1,600 easy. So my asking price will be the ODT brother-in-law special of only $1,500 (OBRO).
I will go through PM responses I get in the order I receive them. Not everyone says "PM Sent" or "I'll Take It" in the threads. I tend to watch PM's more than postings in the listing, so if you want to get noticed, PM me.
Now for a message from the ODT legal team:
By contacting me and making me an offer on this firearm you affirm that you are legally eligible to purchase & own a handgun in the state of Georgia. I reserve the right to negotiate with and sell to whomever I wish. Laws will be followed. A peek at your CCW license may be required (especially if relatively unknown on the forum).
Thanks for looking, thanks for your interest, and if you comment on my post, THANKS FOR THE BUMP!
