Item Description: This 1992 Nissan Safari Patrol is a right-hand-drive crew cab fire truck that was imported to the US from Japan. It is quite Literally All But NEW. Rear seats are even still in the Plastic. The underside of the truck is still Shiney. It is powered by the Legendary Nissan TB42 4.2-liter Petrol inline-six mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Additional equipment includes hoses, pumps, diamond-plate side steps, enclosed platforms, a spotlight, control knobs, storage compartments, 16” steel wheels.
Side mirrors are mounted on the front fenders and emergency equipment includes pumps and hoses, diamond-plate side steps, gauges, control knobs, enclosed platforms, storage compartments, and a spotlight.
The roof-mounted siren and PA are functional, as are all the onboard water systems. The PTO Driven pump is rated at over 700 Gals/Min and can be used frow either side of the truck. The entire Truck was certified for Use last year in Japan before being Imported to the US
Red-painted 16” steel wheels are mounted with recent Yokohama Guard 10 Ply tires. The truck is equipped with auto-locking front hubs.
The cabin features Immaculate seating surfaces trimmed in tan vinyl along with matching door panels and front floor coverings. Control switches are found on the center console.
A three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 180-km/h speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows 15k kilometers (~9k miles).
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
