Item Description: Aero Precision M5E1 with 20" Ballistic Advantage 6.5 Creedmoor Stainless Steel Rifle Length Barrel.

This rifle features a custom integrated upper receiver and handguard system that provides the shooter a light-weight, free-floated, rigid design resulting in superior performance and accuracy.

This rifle was custom ordered through Aero with several upgrades including:
  • Black Nitrite BCG
  • B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD Buttstock
  • Aero Ambi Charging Handle
  • VG6 GAMMA muzzle break
  • Additionally, I have changed the fire control group to a Timney AR Targa 2-Stage Trigger.
  • Also added MLoc BiPod Mount

Upper Features:
  • Upper: M5E1 Enhanced Upper Receiver
  • Barrel: 20" 6.5 Creedmoor Stainless Steel Barrel, Rifle Length, 1:8 Twist, 416R Stainless Steel, Bead Blasted
  • Handguard: Gen 2 Enhanced Series Handguard of choice
  • Gas System: Low Profile Gas Block and Rifle Length Gas Tube
  • Bolt Carrier Group: M16 Cut, 8620 Steel, Black Nitrite, Properly Staked
  • Muzzle Device: Standard AR 308 A2 Birdcage Flash Hider
Lower Features:
  • Lower: Gen 2 Lower Receiver with flared magwell and tension screw
  • Buffer Kit: M5 .308 Rifle Buffer Kit

Also Included are:
  • 5 - 10 round MagPul Mags

I have put 85 rounds through the barrel, propper break in technique was used (1 round, clean, repeat 10 rounds, 2 rounds, clean, repeat 5 times, 20 rounds).

Well over $1900 invested in this firearm.

Love my M5 308 ... wouldn't trade it for the world.
It's honestly a very good rifle... I wanted to use it in 3x600 competitions up at River Bend Gun Club, but there is so much I would have to change on it to compete - I just went ahead and bought a different bolt rifle and will use the money to upgrade the scope on the other...
