I know very little about this camper or campers in general. But I do know Airstream campers go for more than any other make .

Airstreams are much sought after, especially the shorter ones, 18-22 feet. I had a 28 foot Land Yacht version and was in the process of restoring/updating it when a large pine fell across it during Hurricane Michael. It went from $6000 to $1200 very quick. I still love them though!
My landlord has a late 60s model that he got when he bought a house in Ft Valley. I can't remember how many people have tried to buy it off of him. When they ask about it he always tells them his price is way more than they want to pay.
I guess the obvious advantage I cam see over other campers is not having the leaking roof. At least I assume it's that way.

Sorry to OP I am in no way knocking this It's a very sought-after camper you are correct and the outside seems to be in good condition. The problem is without a title the value drops. The reason is most parks require insurance and a tag. Getting a bonded title or homemade trailer title is a PITA for some. Please accept my apology as I did not mean to be rude.
Yeah I have bonded a few titles on cars and trucks and it takes patience .But I was told this one has a good GA title. As for camp grounds a lot of them have gotten real uppity lately. When we lived in Darien there was one right off I95 that was gated and you couldn't stay there with anything over 10 years old. On top of that they charge as much as a nice hotel. So personally I don't get the appeal of campers. Maybe if I had a bug out acre or two in the woods.
