It was determined to be a bad reloaded S.L.A.P round that was loaded with to much powder. There was no deficiencies with the Rifle it's self.

Absolutely correct. I own one now and it is my second one. No problems with these at all. The one that exploded was from a reload that was WAAYYYYY too hot!
