Item Description: Custom built 338-378 wby mag. This rifle is built off of a defiance deviant tactical LM action. There's nothing else to say about that. It's the best in the industry. It has a manners EH-F1 ( elite hunter, vertical grip, adjustable cheek, folder ). This is the tightest locking, folding stock in the market. it is gap camo. It has a detachable 5rd mag which is of no use if your running the 300 gr bergers. I single shot it with those. They are just to long for the mag. This is a fresh new build and I have fired it a total of 40 times for test fire and break-in. It has a new hand lapped x-caliber stainless steel match barrel in a #20 contour. It is finished off at .855 with a 11 degree target crown. It is a 1 in 9.5 twist. It has a vais stainless brake. It's threaded 11/16 x 24 tpi. The length with brake is 30 1/4. The action and barrel is cerakoted patriot brown and the bottom metal is armor black. The bottom metal is bedded to the stock with pro-bed 2000 and along with the steel pillars at the action screws it gives you a rock solid bed for the action to tighten down into. The recoil lug is bedded with pro-bed 2000 as well. It has a new 40x competition trigger with plenty of adjustment. In the folded position the total length of this rifle is 40 3/4". This rifle looks, shoots and feels awesome. It's definitely one of a kind. I don't have a range far enough to get the true groups this rifle is capable of but I did group it at 100yds just to see what it'd do and it's awesome considering this 300gr bullet isn't close to stabilizing yet.
