It does not, however the receiver is drilled and tapped for a rail.

Last 2 questions: Can it mount a bipod? What kind of trigger group did you install?

No sling swivels but very easy to install them. Its a new factory trigger group. When i put the new barrel in i ordered a new trigger group. Only 100 rnds put threw it
