Item Description: Up for sale, my Dan Wesson V-Bob in sexy two tone. This is a commander length (4.25" barrel) chambered in 45ACP. It is as it came from the factory with high vis tritium night sight on the front and blacked out U-notch rear sight, anti-glare serrations down the top of the slide, K style flat trigger (feels incredible!) that is good as my Les Baer or Nighthawk (in fact I prefer the K style trigger shoe to those and may well change them).

If one wants to concealed carry a 1911, this one is designed for just that, with the bobbed grip which makes it easier to conceal. It feels great to boot!

I'd originally bought this to carry but just cannot afford to shoot enough 45ACP to get comfortable with handling 45ACP in a stress situation. I bought this brand new, so it's a one owner gun.

This gun has 360 rounds through it (I keep a log). It's run flawless with everything I've put through it (CCI, PMC, and Sig hollow points).

Dan Wesson is the absolute top of the line for production 1911's. They are the only guns under $2000 (and they are starting to bump prices up to over $2000) that have all milled steel parts with NO MIM (Metal Injection Molded) parts found in less expensive guns. You can get a nice pistol for a bit less from the likes of Kimber, Colt, Springfield, etc, but I've always appreciated the knowledge that with a DW, I've got all real steel.

Here's the blurb from the DW website:
