Item Description: I have a very good condition M4A1 upper with RIS II rail and a pinned Keymo flash hider so it’s a legal 16” barrel length. This is the Brownells upper with the heavy profile barrel and black receiver, looks great. Low round count, maybe 250 on it. Comes with the rubber covers but no light, optic, sling mount, vertical grip, bcg or charging handle. Also comes in the original box.
