it would ba a factory being a binary lower. the black stuff is just oil on the lower..

The pins look marred and the oil looks more like adhesive or something. In short, I'd prefer the OP answer the questions... not sure what your interests here are.

I'm driving from Atlanta to Savannah on Tuesday and am interested in making an offer if it's legit but it does not look new, unused and unmounted. I'm trying to clarify, that's all.
