Item Description: 1974 case hardened Winchester 1894 in 3030 with saddle ring and nice peep sight. Looking to sell but may trade. Minor wear to the finish in the usual places but it’s a great looking gun.

*Georgia weapons carry permit. I usually just call it a Concealed carry permit. Just let’s me know it’s legal to sell a gun basically.
Just FYI....in a person to person firearms transaction in Georgia as long as both parties are current Georgia residents it is a legal sale. The only proof you need is a driver's license. That being said there's no harm in seeing a carry permit or asking to see one. If you are asking for a carry permit on the basis of them being legal remember that someone can commit a crime after the permit was issued making it invalid while still being in possession of said permit. The only way to be absolutely sure is to go to your local ffl and do a transfer
