LOL! There's no such animal available on the market. Makarovs were never made strong enough to shoot 9x19mm Luger, which is a very high pressure round intended for locked breech pistols. A few 9x19 pistols were made by Baikal in Russia employing barrels with serrated breeches, causing the brass cases to get blown out into the serrations, thereby retarding blow-back. This also shredded the brass making them unusable for reloading. There's your firearms trivia for the day!
