This Glock has Zev sights with a Fiber Optic front sight.
Next upgrade is the trigger, which is a DK Custom Trigger:

And then the last upgrade done by the Polymer Smiths/Artists over at GA Firing Line is an 'internal magwell'. Flared magwell for quicker reloads
Comes with Box, Docs, 3 Mags, and everything else you see in the picture.
