Item Description: This gun needed a grip bushing repair. (Top right side) The original was stripped, undisclosed to me by the LGS...but I don't think they knew. I've got an oversized bushing staked in and the grips are reinstalled without issue.

Slide has been cerakoted, looks good. The pics make it look funny but it's just the lighting, the cerakote has some metallic in it. Gun has some minor handling marks. Alloy frame so it's lightweight.

2 Kimber mags, OWB holster, 20 rounds of SD ammo, 50 round box of range ammo. Gun has night sights but they're getting dim.

$700 firm

Trades considered, what ya got?

Does it have the hammer block safety (like a colt series 80)? If you lock the slide back and look up under the slide you’ll see a round pin in the slide at the rear). The Gen I Kimbers usually do not, Gen II does. Thanks.

I'll be damned. I never looked. Just assumed Series 80. However I believe this is a Series 70? I will admit I'm not super knowledgeable about this part of the 1911.
