Item Description: 91/30 Mosin Nagant. I have heavily modified this rifle. It shoots 1 1/4" groups at 100 yards with brown bear steel ammo. The rifle comes with everything in the picture including ammo. Rifle features: Viking Tactical sling with Qd and loop sling points. Threaded muzzle brake(I have the thread kit for sale for $40 dollars as well) Archangel stock with one 10 round magazine. Turned down bolt handle done by Max Shepard(small cut on stock was made to facilitate turned down bolt) "Grenade Style" bolt handle that has been threaded onto the handle and JB welded in place. This also comes with a Timney Trigger installed(I love the trigger its a huge improvement and it has a safety) The entire rifle was coated in semi gloss Gun Kote, this produces a nice and very durable finish. Harris bipod mounted on the Archangel stocks under rail system. The barrel was cut down to 18" and re crowned after being threaded for the muzzle brake. I like to add back up irons to my rifles so I added a 1903 Springfield Front sight and hood. This sight was silver soldered onto the rifle and is never coming off. The hood to the sight can be removed, but I would advise against it. The scope mount was drilled and tapped by the gun smiths at GA Firing Line. It's a standard Advanced Technology mount which is held on by two screws, it's always held zero. Bore on the rifle is very good. I never shot the corrosive ammo through it, I've only ever shot Brown or Silver Bear. The rifle comes with a Burris MTAC 4*14*42 BDC Scope. I can sell the rifle with out the scope and rings for $200 dollars less. I've only shot around 100 rounds though it altogether. It appears to have been a lightly used Russian Rifle. I have 2 boxes of brown bear, 2 boxes of silver bear. It also comes 1 ammo can with 440 rounds of corrosive Sovit ammo. I opened the "spam" cans that the corrosive ammo came in and dumped them in the brand new ammo cans(cans have my hand writing on them stating ammo type). The price I have listed is my break even. This was a fun project and it's now time for a new project. One of the 440 round ammo cans has sold, one ammo can is left with another 80 rounds of silver/brown bear. Entire package for sale for rifle and ammo $1200. I also have some spare parts I will throw in. The mosin drill and tap kit is for sale as well for $40.
