Item Description: 30 square feet of uncut 12” by 24” porcelain tile with almost everything else you will need minus a tile saw. There is a bunch of extra cut pieces so you could probably stretch it a few more square feet. Comes with 29 sq feet of Schulter-Ditra uncoupling member. There is some cut and uncut bullnose wall molding tile. The bullnose tile is from two different manufacturers, You could pick up the smoother bullnose tile at Floor and Decor if you choose to use it. The two different brands are very close in appearance. Comes with an unopened container of Hydroguard SP-1. There is a 1/4 bag of large format thinset. You will need to buy one more bag of thinset to use all the tile. Perfect kit to upgrade a front door entrance way, small wash room, or maybe a small mud room. All the tile and boxes have been taped up so they won’t come apart in transport. See the last picture of the tile installed with the bullnose tile molding. It looks fantastic. If you’re close by me and would like me to cut the tile for you I can do this for a small charge. You will have to mark all the tile and then bring it to me. I’ll think up a price depending on how many pieces you need me to cut. I also have a small tile saw that I have for sale very cheap that could be used to cut the tile. Pick up off Wade Green Rd at the Publix.
