Looks a lot like a conversion...opinion from an old timer...I would meet at a ffl if purchasing just to make sure transferred properly as a pistol...if it is a pistol...

thats what i was thinking as well.
a rifle doesn't magically become a pistol just because you put a brace on it... legally a rifle that is cut down under 16" is an SBR regardless of brace components
