This is a very rare factory russian top loading drum. Drum is in good shape, does have some wear but its line what with what you would expect. All numbers are matching minus the 3 round follower, this drum was missing the follower when i purchased it and bought a replacement from the ak files. Comes with matching pouch as well. I figured i'd check on here before throwing it up on gunbroker.
