A lot of times people are pushing ARs on this site for a grand or more without telling you why the weapon is worth such a price when you can buy new ones for $700 in the store. This ad explains why the weapon is worth what the seller is asking and it is probably worth much more in a retail store.

You can't do any better than a DD cold hammer forged barrel that is chrome lined. The el cheapo rifles are equipped with phosphate barrels and you wouldn't want to let your life depend on it. They will not hold up under rapid fire. The mid length version puts less wear on your weapon too. GREAT barrel.

The Fail Zero has few equals - maybe the Toolcraft, LMT, or WMD before they began using 9310 steel in their bolts

A B 5 SOPMOD stock - you can spend more money on a stock, but not buy one better. Somebody is going to get a slamming deal. I can't afford it right now, but would say few ARs here can boast better quality than this set up.
