Item Description: This is a .92 inch stainless steel barrel chambered in 22 LR and comes with a laminated wood stock.

I bought this barrel and stock from Midway about 12-15 years ago. Both the stock and barrel were sold under the Midway brand name and I am not sure who actually made them. There was a lot of speculation on the internet back then that the barrels were being made by Green Mountain but that was never confirmed.

Using this barrel and stock I was often able to get 5 shot groups in the .6 to .8 inch range at 100 yards with my rifle’s favorite brand of target ammo. I am selling these because I decided a 10/22 is more fun as a lightweight plinker than it is as a heavy target rifle and went back to the factory stock and barrel.

The bore and stock are in good condition. There are a few small pits on the outside of the barrel near the where the forearm ends as shown in the photos. But the bore is bright and shiny with no pits. When I got the stock the magazine well was so tight I had to sand it before any of my magazines would fit. I left it tight so some of my magazines still are a very tight fit so it might need a little more sanding before all magazines fit.

I live in Lawrenceville but am often near Ellijay or Dawsonville on weekends. If you are a RBGC member we can also meet there.

Nice shooting dude.. Did your really punch that 300 BO with a 300 BO??
But you can actually put a bullet through an existing bullet hole at 100 yards, with the 17 m2.
I have several bolt rifles in 17m2, and if you get the trigger right, those little rounds are super accurate.
I have a converted 1022 to 17m2, but it's only as accurate as the 1022 stock trigger will allow.
I have one that rides in my truck daily, and it gets shot daily. There's always something that needs killing.

I would have thought this would have sold by now.

Everybody has spent all their $$$$ on Santa.
