Item Description: Here is an old JC Higgins model 30 in 22 LR. The barrel is excellent and the gun is very good as does have some use. The collapsible sling does work nicely. Tube fed. It is Hi-Standard made for Sears and age possibly around 1955.
Must pickup near Oakwood/ Gainesville area.

I've won many a hillbilly shoot with one of these. Then, when I pull out my tube feed speed loader the rest of the competition is just overwhelmed with jealousy.

Breaking Eggs at 100 yards with the cheapest ammo is no problem for these fantastic rifles.
