Item Description: Hi gents,
Very beautiful and interesting, WWI period of manufacture 1911. This gun was inherited from its original owner, who gave it to my brother in payment of an obligation. It appears to have received a "near restoration" quality rebluing which is 95% except for some holster wear. The barrel and under the hammer, firing pin block face, barrel appear to be in almost unfired condition. After market barrel bushing. Barrel has been replaced with barrel marked as Flannery Bolt Co who manufactured barrels for field replacement and original issue for Singer and Ithica new manufactures. Comes with a 1946 marked magazine pouch, two unmarked higher mileage mags, and a Galco FED 212 model leather paddle holster for carrying cocked and locked.
