Answering a couple of questions:

1. it has never been installed and functions perfectly (and carries lifetime guarantee to the new owner).

2. color is flat black, there is no paint missing (the the mounting knob is a little shiner and is just reflecting in the pics- its solid black)

3. Has the ACSS combat reticle as pictured on the box - and does include ranging and leading fir 5.56, 7.62 and other calibers.
