What is on the bluing and is that rust on the barrel?

Yes a lil rust on the barrel that's why it says obo but wont listen to low balls. The rest of the pistol is solid. Pics are up to make sure nothing is hidden or no one is surprised. It can easily be cerakoted and made a super nice project. Otherwise it's made to be what' its intended for a nice carry peice that's a brute
