Item Description: Up for sale is a Smith & Wesson Model 442, with original box, that is in excellent mechanical condition. But it has a touch of ugly. The prior owner got something on it that ate off a lot of the blued finish off of the cylinder. The finish on the frame and barrel is is still in very good shape. Was going to just buff the cylinder to bare metal, but never worried about it. Was my carry gun for a good while. Shoots great. But, I’ve gotten an early Charter Arms Undercover and now have to pay for it.

Price is $285 and will meet at or near Bass Pro Shop in Lawrenceville. Must show at GA DL or WCL (carry license preferred). Must have at least 5 positive reviews on ODT. Reasonable offers considered. Will throw in handful of 38s in the box. Any offer or acceptance must be by PM.

Yes. Aside from bathroom, faucet and shower heads one can use CLR to decarbonize muzzlebrakes, rifle barrels too. Look up CLR in gun cleaning on YouTube. Just don’t use it on blued guns. It takes off rust off which blueing is similar.
