Item Description: Beautiful Thompson Center Hawken 45 cal Muzzleloader. The beautiful walnut stock is in very good condition - nice grain, hand-rubbed oil finish, no cracks or splits. Blued octagon barrel In very good condition with a little very minor pitting near the nipple (see photos), the bore is in great shape. 1:48" twist, 28" long barrel works well for both round ball and conicals. I opted not to polish the brass but it has a very nice patina.
Respectfully priced to sell here so I'm not tempted to part it out on ebay! I may be willing to ship (committed to pack well, with buyer paying actual shipping fees). I don't have a lot of time for travel, but would consider reasonable distances.
