Item Description: SOLD PENDING FUNDS For you guys who collect World War II weapons (or just looking for a great pistol), up for sale is a 1944 German Mauser HSc pistol. This one is a scarce "Eagle L" marked police issue. Of all of the HSc pistols made during the war, less than 25% were made for the German police forces. It is likely a GI bringback, but no documentation on that.
The metal finish is in VG+ condition. The bore is in excellent condition. The pistol is a dependable, accurate shooter. The magazine is the original WWII production. The grips appear to be original 1944 grips, with the correct markings. No holster.
The HSc is a neat 1930s Art Deco-Tech style pistol with a unique action and shrouded hammer. Makes a snag-free pocket piece.
The asking price is now $350, and I'll meet you halfway, up to 15 or so miles from Lawrenceville. If we meet at Bass Pro Shop, it's $340.
