The frying pan finish literally never wears off unless you beat the crap out of it it looks more shiny grey. If you saw one next to the now standard glock black finish you would know ghe difference.

There is a big difference in the finish. The older finish was much tougher than the new finish. FYI, the older finish is worth more money... to me anyways.

I got tired of waiting and I took the new g21 I had to the range put 25 rounds thru it, shoots nice but it ain't for me. I saw a guy shot 454 revolver ohh man felt like earthquake under my feet
