Why don’t you save a ton of money and just buy the XL grip module for around $45? Swap your fire control unit and slide. Short-barrel XL is cool.

If I go with the XL grip module, any idea what holster would work best? The regular or the XL?

Regular is what I am using. Fits fine. I believe the slide is a little longer on the XL.

Well, I was looking to do a straight trade, so I don’t know how it would “save me a ton of money”. I would have to spend the additional $45. But, I didn’t know that existed. I may go that route. Thanks for pointing it out.

I'll trade you my 365 XL, but I'd need $100 on top from you. Two different guns and XL is worth more and has optics cut, as well higher cap magazine.

Putting the XL Grip on a Standard P365 would be no different than Inserting a 12rd Magazine in the 365 Magwell, You just increasing the grip length, Any regular 365 Holster will fit fine
