Item Description: p80 lower glock 19 slide -Threaded ATI Barrel -Extended mag release - 1 magpul mag .I have fired 50 rounds thrue the gun and it operates just like any other glock I have ever owned flawless . Trade interest our wide open as long as its a pistol thanks.

I do believe it is legal but big gray area.

my understanding is it comes down to "intent" such as

I intended to make it for myself, shot it, didnt like it so i wanted to sell it - this would be perfectly legal

I intended on finishing this lower so that i could sell it off - illegal

So it all matters intent and if you can prove that intent to the court
