There’s a loop hole around it with the trade, can not be manufactured to sell. Says nothing about trade. Anyone, please correct me if I’m wrong tho
 
Selling, trading or even giving it away after you mill the lower makes you a firearms manufacturer. And it's against the law. Once you turn an 80% lower into a usable part, you manufactured a firearm. And you cannot sell, trade or give it away, once finished, it belongs to the person who turned it into a firearm.

Don't turn a small profit into a jail sentence and loss of your 2nd amendment right.
