The trigger pull is at 4.5 pounds and very crisp.

Don't knock it till you try it, like most things , only as safe as operator. I purchased one an it is the best thing to come along since sliced bread.

If you haven't tried it don't knock it. It's very controllable. Especially if you want just 2 rds on target. That's what it's design for. Shooting fast is just an added bonus. It works very well for what it is and it's a lot cheaper than my old machine guns. I will move the bfs to my 45 later after my echo trigger shows up in November. Time frame for bfs 3 was 2 months to the day. I ordered the echo 6 months ago and I will not get it till mid to late November. They finally received all of the parts in Las week and have started building them. They have 4000 pre-orders as of Thursday. If you what one get it.
