One I thought I’d never sail on. A hybrid in the truest sense. Frame is from a 551H2O, blade is 20CV from a 550-1, scales are custom machined G10, black with blue liners, from igorded on BF. Black oxide hardware with blue anodized titanium back spacers. Has seen much carry and heavy use and price is reflective. John de Asis came in my shop one summer and talked steel and saw this and commented on it. The following year there was a 940 in the dealer qualification package with black G10 and blue liners. I truly believe it was the inspiration for that configuration. No trades. Thanks for looking.
