Item Description: Here is a beautiful but used Chinese m53 mosin nagant made in 1955. The numbers do not match except for the receiver and the butt plate. Their a thing missing from the recoil lug (I belive it’s called, don’t quote me) on the right side of the rifle. It is shown in pics. I received this earlier this year from another fellow odt member and have not fired it. But the action is smoothest I have ever felt on a mosin and she locks up tight as well. The finish is still really good on her and the bore is really good for her age. The stock is not bad but not great either, most m53 stocks are not that good. This is a better one that I have seen and owned. Will also come with rifle soft case and ammo. 80 rounds total. 20 is tula, 40 military surplus and 20 ppu soft point. Was going to turn this into a mosin sniper for dear hunting but got a 303 Brit that shoots like a dream instead. Meet around newnan.
