Item Description: For sale we have a commercial Colt Government Model of 1911 in .45 ACP. Serial number dates to 1919 per Colt website. https://www.colt.com/serial-lookup

Price is $1250. Trade interests: .357 lever gun plus cash or SP101 plus cash.

Gun is very accurate, trigger is excellent. Able to meet during the week at Georgia Gun Club near Lawrenceville and I-85. Very neat pistol and 101 years old. Check out the beautiful roll marks!

Ike jacket not included. Does come with a soft pistol case and one magazine.

What is the bore like?

So far as I recall, pretty good. It shoots very accurately. I'll take it out and check the bore out specifically.

Bore has strong rifling, a little frosty at the muzzle end but shoots great.

I'm not sure. A Colt expert could probably tell just by looking at it.
