This is an older custom built 300 win mag with the Mauser 98 action, same as ruger, comes in a composite BDL stock,also ported barrel, gun built by a gunsmith in north Georgia back in the late 90s, great shooting hunting rifle for the money ,it has a new Vortex crossfire scope on it!
