Hey Friend, you may want to get that aftermarket stock off and put the birds head handle back on asap. These things get modified and it can change their legal classification which is currently largely based on overall length which you just pushed out by adding a stock. Careful there.

I agree, the regulations can get confusing. And the concept of braces not being stocks is mostly semantic.

I’m good though. Still a firearm, not an SBS. If done with a stock and not a brace, it would be different.

Oh, now I see that it's a BRACE, not a stock. Had to take a closer look. Definitely a firearm and not a sbs due to that.
