Item Description: This rifle is a bcd 4 (Gustloff-Werke 1944) model k98. The bcd factory was known to have late war model phosphate finish rifles that are not common, this is one of those rifles. It has the proper waffenamp 749 inspector code on the receiver. The bore is good and has strong rifling. The only downside is the bolt, barrel band (although very close) and stock are non matching.
