Item Description: Excellent condition 1987-1988ish 629-1 6" barrel 44 magnum. Wood grips have awesome grain. No box, no papers. Looks like it lived it's life in a safe or sock drawer. Will throw in leather shoulder holster. This serial # did fall under a very old recall. S&W acted like it wasn't a big deal, I pressed the warranty issue and I had it sent back for inspection (February of 2021). They had it for 3-4 months and sent it back after ZERO issues were found. This thing is a tank!

I'd offer to trade for my 629-3 6", but I don't think that's what you've got in mind haha. I'm a sucker for the half underlug like yours. Mine has the full underlug. All good though, she runs like a champ all the same.

She's purdy but, I'm looking for something different. A snubby 44 would be cool.
