Trijicon RMR 06 Type 2 Streamlight TLR-1 HL, X5 grip module that’s stippled, tungsten grip weight set, Xcarry grip module, Apex trigger, Grey Ghost Limited Edition slide, Griffin Armament threaded barrel, PMM JTCC comp, suppressor height night sights, four Sig 21 round mags (expensive ones) with Springer Precision base plates, gas pedal, multiple recoil springs, box and factory trigger, trigger bar, RMR mounting plates, and extra RMR cover plate. I also have a new Trijicon SRO and Veridian XTL as a different RD and light combo to increase trade value.

I have the same "Gas Pedal" on my X5 Legion and it fits every holster I have. It doesn't stick out as much as it appears.
