I ran this setup in my sig 516, it runs extremely smooth. It has a Nickel-Boron coating. You almost don't need any gun lube.
This is a lightly-used lwrc bolt carrier group.
I'm including a Spike's T2 heavy buffer, and and an enhanced power buffer spring to accommodate the extra weight that lwrc does not machine off like Sig does due to the lawsuit.

This is the BCG your sig 516 was originally designed around but the court ordered them to change it by milling steel from the Bolt carrier, because the design of the BCG and piston/gas system were basically stolen from LWRC.
