Item Description: Very clean 1903a3. Serial number puts the production date at June-July of 1943. Barrel is in very good shape and seems to match the serial number for production year and month. The stock seems to of been refinished at some point. It does have a lot of the cartouches still on the stock although some are not as visible.I have yet to shoot it but everything seems to be in fine working order. It has a very smooth bolt. There is no paperwork to go with the rifle, I picked this up on trade a couple months back. It is a very good example of a nice 03A3. Looking to sell but would consider other quality WW2 weapons. Please PM all offers

Sir . If no CMP certification , where did it come from ? I.e. Estate sale , bring back , bought from a private seller.
What are the muzzle and throat measurements ? Is the serial # above the safe heat treat serial # range ?

I got it off a trade a couple months back. I don't have a gauge to measure the throat or muzzle. I no that the barrel is in very good shape with strong rifling and muzzle is in good shape according to the bullet test. As far as I know the rule of the heat treatment to the receiver only applies to very early 1903s, not any of the Remington's that were made later on. The serial number on the gun dates it to June or July of 1943.
