Built in the /26\ factory Jianshe Arsenal with 100% leftover Surplus USSR parts on USSR tooling and training.
Possibly under USSR supervision.

All numbers matching.
Correct Sino-Soviet cleaning kit and correct rod.
Correct Chinese sling but needs a leather tab on the front end of the sling.
