Belgian, not a neutered US made, scar 17s. Has the following upgrades. I also have all the takeoff parts minus the muzzle device.

- Stryker SEAL pmag lower
- Geissele super Scar trigger
- KDG mrex mkII 6.5 rail extension
- Magpul safety lever
- Aluminum mag catch/release
- KDG charging handle
- 1.35 gas jet and gas jet tool
- Magpul K2 grip
- IWC front and rear QD sling sockets
- Spare piston
- KDG front sight delete rail
- 1 magpul pmag

I have the factory lower and trigger, extra rail sections, front and rear sights. Probably more small parts that I'm forgetting

What you don't get: muzzle device, scope, scope mount, bipod.

Price is firm. If you want to save some $, I will install the factory lower and trigger group and drop the price to $3,400.

The only trade that I would really consider is a 20 in 6.5.
