Comes with an Israeli built TDI pistol grip mounted on a removable US-made Sparks Trust sight and picatinny adapter. Also included are the factory manual,carrying case, bore brush, extractor parts, green lanyard, and 5 black 26.5mm cases for use with black powder (or bp substitute) and 209 primers.

That’s a good deal. hard to find nowadays and go for almost twice that price without the extras you have listed. Someone is going to get a good deal here.
